JunoFleet Terms of Service

Effective date: November 1, 2026

These terms are a contract between you and us. Please read them. The short version is in the box at each section's start; the numbered clauses are the binding text.

1. Who we are

JunoFleet is operated by:

Company JunoFleet (주노플릿)
Representative SEONGMIN KIM
Address (including for complaints) 2F 125, 75 Neungdong-ro 13-gil, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, 05015, Republic of Korea
Email / phone contact@junofleet.com / +82 10-3049-1189
Business registration number 155-12-03275
Mail-order business registration in progress (Gwangjin-gu Office, Seoul)
Hosting provider Amazon Web Services (Seoul region)

"We", "us" and "our" mean JunoFleet (주노플릿). "You" means the person who signs up, or the company on whose behalf a Business account is used.

1.1 These terms cover the JunoFleet service: your account, the official relay, subscriptions and support. The client licence covers the apps and programs you install. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. The notice on independently operated relays explains how they differ from the official service.

1.2 By creating an account or subscribing you accept these terms. If you use JunoFleet for a company, you confirm that you may accept them for it.

2. What JunoFleet is, and what it is not

JunoFleet lets you control AI coding agents on your own computers from your phone, tablet or desktop. It does not sell AI usage and does not run the agents for you.

2.1 JunoFleet runs AI coding agents (such as Claude Code and Codex) on computers you control, and lets your own devices watch and control them through our relay.

2.2 The agents use your own AI-provider account, API key or cloud account. The provider bills you for that use under its own terms. We do not resell, pool or share AI-provider accounts, and you must not use JunoFleet to do so.

2.3 On first run, the JunoFleet host program downloads the provider's own agent software from its official distribution channel. That software is licensed to you by its provider, not by us.

2.4 Session content (your prompts, the agents' output, files, tool calls and agent-to-agent messages) is end-to-end encrypted between your own computers and devices. The relay is designed so that it does not hold the keys needed to read that content. The relay can see account and device information, agent names, and when and how much data moves; the Privacy Policy lists it.

2.5 JunoFleet works only while your computer is signed in to the official relay. While it is not, work already running continues, but new input (prompts, approvals, new sessions) is refused until the connection returns.

2.6 To use JunoFleet you need a macOS or Windows computer for the host program, an iPhone, iPad, Android device or desktop computer for the app, and an internet connection. Current requirements are at /pricing/.

2.7 We may improve and change features. Section 13 explains how we tell you about changes that matter.

3. Your account

Each account belongs to one person, signed in with Google or Apple, protected by two-factor verification on your own devices. Keep your devices safe.

3.1 You sign in with a Google account or an Apple account (Sign in with Apple). An account created with one is separate from an account created with the other. JunoFleet has no password of its own: we never ask for, store or reset a password, and you recover access to your account through Google or Apple. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3.2 Every account must use two-factor verification (2FA). The second factor is your device's screen lock (fingerprint, face or PIN), Windows Hello or a security key. Some actions always need a fresh 2FA, such as adding a device or switching off a protection.

3.3 An account belongs to one person. Do not share it, sell it or let someone else use it. Each person on a team needs their own account.

3.4 You are responsible for your devices, your computer and your sign-in. Tell us at once at contact@junofleet.com if you think your account or a device was taken over. You can block a lost device from the app. Keep a second device enrolled, for example the JunoFleet app on your computer, with its own verification set up. If you lose a device, remove it from another of your devices and add a new one; removing a lost device stops its future access but cannot erase what is already stored on it. If you lose every enrolled device, JunoFleet cannot restore access in your existing setup, even if a computer with JunoFleet still runs; you would start again with a new setup, and files on that computer may still be there. Google or Apple can help you recover your sign-in, but our servers hold no secret that can stand in for your devices. You may delete your account with a deletion code as described in 7.4. Before you sell, recycle or hand over a computer that ran JunoFleet, remove it from your account from another device and erase its storage, including any backups of it. Removing it stops new access; it does not erase what is already on its disk. JunoFleet cannot wipe a computer remotely.

3.5 You must be at least 14 years old to use JunoFleet. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to a paid subscription; a subscription bought without that agreement can be cancelled by you or by them.

4. Business accounts

A company manages its members' access to JunoFleet. It cannot read their sessions or control their computers through JunoFleet.

This section applies once the Business tier is available.

4.1 A Business account lets a company add and remove members, block devices, set restrictive policies, view administrative records and pay per seat.

4.2 Company administrators can restrict or suspend the company's use of JunoFleet and view its disclosed administrative metadata. JunoFleet administrator rights alone cannot add devices to an employee's account, read their encrypted session content, or control their computer. Powers a company has through its own operating-system or device-management tools are outside this promise.

4.3 Members never see, steer, approve or message each other's sessions or agents through JunoFleet. This also applies between a personal account and a company account.

4.4 The company is responsible for its members' use of JunoFleet, for having the right to install it on company computers, and for each member using an AI-provider seat the provider allows that member to use.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Subscribe on our website by card, or in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps through Apple or Google. On the website, customers in Korea buy from us; customers elsewhere buy through Polar, which resells JunoFleet to them. Prices are on the pricing page and in the app.

5.1 Prices are listed at /pricing/. All Korean won prices, including Business and credits, include VAT. USD prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout. Purchases in the apps follow the price and tax treatment shown on Apple's or Google's purchase screen. We do not currently offer JunoFleet, including sign-up, to customers in the member states of the European Union (including their outermost regions and Åland), Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom, and the countries our payment provider cannot serve (Cuba, Russia, Iran, North Korea and Syria). Your billing country must be the country where you live. We may ask you to correct billing-country information; any required change of payment route or price will be disclosed and authorised before charging.

5.2 You can buy a Personal subscription in two ways, each charged in advance:
(a) on our website, monthly or yearly. If your billing country is Korea, we sell the subscription to you and Toss Payments (토스페이먼츠) charges your Korean card or bank account for us. Elsewhere, Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar") sells it to you as our reseller and merchant of record: Polar is the seller on your invoice and charges you, and Polar's checkout buyer terms (https://polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) also apply to that purchase. These terms still govern your use of JunoFleet, and refunds follow section 6. For every website purchase we, or Polar for a purchase through Polar, email an order confirmation stating the seller's name and address, the plan, the price, the payment method, the start date, and how to withdraw and what withdrawal does. For a purchase from us, the card slip is the receipt for a card payment; for a bank transfer we issue a cash receipt (현금영수증), or a tax invoice (세금계산서) to a Business buyer that asks for one. Polar issues the receipts for a purchase through Polar;
(b) in the JunoFleet app for iPhone and iPad (charged by Apple) or for Android (charged by Google), monthly, at the price the app shows, which can differ from the website price. Business subscriptions are sold on our website only, as yearly subscriptions per member seat with the minimum number of seats shown on the pricing page or in the order form. Apple's and Google's own terms also apply to purchases made through them.

5.3 A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (a month or a year) until you cancel it. The checkout page, or Apple's or Google's purchase screen, shows the price, the renewal date and how to cancel before you pay. Your account page shows the next renewal date and amount. For yearly subscriptions we also email you at least 30 days before each renewal.

5.4 Business subscriptions are charged per member seat, with a minimum number of seats (5 seats). Adding or removing seats changes the next charge as shown in the account page or the order form.

5.5 For subscriptions bought through Apple or Google, price changes, consent and notices also follow Apple's or Google's process. If we raise the price, or a free or discounted period is followed by a higher charge, we will tell you the date, the old and new price, the payment method and how to cancel, and ask for your agreement, before the change and within the period the law sets (for Korean customers, during the 30 days before it), through a procedure separate from the initial subscription contract. If you do not agree, or we do not hear from you, the subscription ends at the end of the period you have paid for.

5.6 Promotions. There is no permanent free plan and no 14-day free trial for new accounts. The first-month offer (the launch code in (a) or the first-month discount in (b)) is available once per person. Account, payment and enrolled-device information are supporting eligibility signals; a shared device or payment method alone does not establish the same person or misuse. You can contact us to request review of an eligibility refusal. The first-month offer counts as used once the discounted period has started (on first use, or 7 days after the order confirmation, whichever comes first); a failed or cancelled payment, or delayed supply, alone does not use it up. Promotions apply to website subscriptions only, unless the app shows an offer itself.
(a) A launch code gives a free first month without asking for a payment method. It does not turn into a paid subscription by itself; you choose whether to subscribe at the end.
(b) A first-month discount applies to the monthly Personal plan only, not to the yearly plan. It is shown with the full price that follows and the date it starts, and the change to the full price follows 5.5. On the overseas website (Polar), this offer is a one-month pass for USD 5 that does not renew; to keep using JunoFleet after it ends you must buy a monthly subscription yourself, and nothing is charged without that purchase. We may end this offer after giving notice in advance; anyone who took it up before the end keeps it.

5.7 If a payment fails, we will tell you and try again. If it still fails, the subscription ends as in section 7.

5.8 Transfer allowance and credits.
(a) Personal plans include 20 GB of transfer each month (1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes). Transfer counts the data our relay server delivers to each of your devices and computers, counted separately for every device that receives it: live conversation content, files and agent-to-agent messages, including encryption overhead and retried transfers. For example, if the same conversation is open on your phone and your Mac, its transfer counts twice. A device that does not have the conversation open does not receive that conversation's content, so that content is not counted for it (its notifications and status updates may still count); closing conversations on devices you are not using saves transfer. Traffic between your computer and your AI provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) does not pass through our relay and is not counted. Business includes 50 GB per seat each month, shared by all seats in the organisation as one pool (50 GB × the number of seats). Transfer counting and credit use and refunds follow the Personal rules; cancellation and refunds of the Business subscription follow 6.3(c).
(b) The included allowance resets on the same day each month, counted from the day you first subscribed, and does not carry over. If you cancel or are refunded and subscribe again within the same transfer month, the transfer already used that month still counts and your reset day does not change. Carried usage only determines the monthly allowance; a refund deduction uses only usage attributable to the purchase being refunded, and usage already settled against another purchase is not deducted again. We tell you in the app, by push notification and by email at 80 % and 100 %, and the app shows usage per device.
(c) When the included allowance is used up, your credits are used; with no credits, new input and new file transfers stop. File transfers with reserved allowance complete. A live reply in progress continues for up to 50 MB more, then relaying pauses and the reply is kept on your computer for later retrieval. None of this is charged or taken from a credit.
(d) You can buy 10 GB credits on our website and in the apps. Your included allowance is used first; credits are used after it, oldest first. Credits you buy do not expire while your account exists and carry over from month to month. Credit refunds follow 6.8; if you delete your account, or we close it for inactivity, we refund your unused credits under 6.8(c).
(e) Automatic top-up is off unless you turn it on, and is available only for the payment methods the pricing page lists. When you turn it on you choose the most top-ups per month (1, 3 or 10, or a number you enter), and we show the price of one top-up and the monthly maximum for your choice. We never top up more often than the number you chose; once it is reached, top-up stops until the next reset. We email you and tell you in the app each time, with the amount, the time, the top-ups left this month and how to turn it off, and if you wish we also send a total every N top-ups. You can turn it off at any time on the same screen. It stops until you turn it on again if the credit price changes, a payment is declined, or a top-up payment is refunded. The apps do not offer automatic top-up; each credit bought in an app is confirmed on the store's purchase screen.
(f) A Personal account is for one person, with up to 5 devices and 5 computers.

6. Cancelling and refunds

Cancel at any time where you subscribed. Withdrawal and refunds follow the rights the law gives you and the rules in this section. In Korea you can withdraw within 7 days as the law provides.

6.1 You can cancel at any time where you subscribed: in your account page at /account/billing/ for website subscriptions, or in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings for subscriptions bought in the app. On our website, cancelling takes no more steps than subscribing did; in the app stores, Apple's or Google's own cancellation screens apply.

6.2 Withdrawal and refunds follow the rights the law gives you and the rules in this section.
(a) Withdrawal in Korea: you may withdraw from a website subscription within 7 days from the day you receive the order confirmation email setting out the contract, or from the day supply of the service starts if that is later. Where the law sets a different start or period, for example because the contract terms were not provided in writing, that start and period apply. Once supply of a service or digital content has started, withdrawal may be limited to the extent the conditions in the law are met. That limit does not apply to any divisible part of the service or digital content whose supply has not started. If the service is not supplied as displayed, advertised or contracted, you may withdraw under the law within 3 months of supply, or within 30 days of the day you learned or could have learned of it. A refund on withdrawal is not reduced by a flat per-day amount merely because you used the service; any deduction is limited to what the law allows. Where these terms give a more favourable refund than the law, that applies. No fee is charged on refunds in this period.
(b) Purchases through Polar: refunds follow Polar's checkout buyer terms and the refund policy shown at checkout, together with the rights the law gives you. You may send the request to us and we will pass it to Polar. Billing questions about a purchase through Polar can also go to Polar's support (support@polar.sh) or the Polar customer portal linked from your receipt.

6.3 After the withdrawal period in 6.2(a):
(a) Cancelling renewal: cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. For a refund of the rest of the period, monthly website subscriptions follow 6.10 and yearly website subscriptions follow (b). App-store subscriptions follow 6.6.
(b) Early-termination refund for a yearly Personal website subscription: access ends on the day you ask, and we refund the unused days pro rata (the refund base), less the refund fee in 6.11.
(c) Business subscriptions: cancellation and refunds follow the order form and the law; credit refunds follow 6.8.

6.4 Outages. If the relay is unavailable through our fault for more than 4 hours in a day, counted from when you report it to us, we extend your paid period by three times the outage time. If such outages add up to more than 72 hours in a calendar month, you may end the subscription and we refund the unused period. For an outage caused by events outside our reasonable control we extend your paid period by the outage time only. This does not limit rights the law gives you.

6.5 Refunds go back to the payment method you used: through Toss Payments for a purchase from us, and through Polar for a purchase through Polar. Refunds the law requires are made within the period the law sets (for Korean consumers, 3 business days from your withdrawal), and other refunds under this section within 10 business days of your request. For a purchase through Polar, we submit your refund to Polar within 2 business days, and Polar returns it under its own process. These 2 business days are our deadline to submit the request to Polar; the refund deadlines above still apply.

6.6 Subscriptions bought in the app:
(a) Apple: refunds are requested from Apple and follow Apple's policy; we cannot issue an Apple refund ourselves.
(b) Google Play: you can ask Google or us; we can refund Google Play purchases directly.
(c) 6.4 applies to in-app subscriptions too.

6.7 Nothing in this section limits withdrawal or refund rights that consumer law gives you.

6.8 Credits (5.8) are refunded under this clause.
(a) In Korea, the ordinary withdrawal period is seven days after receiving the written contract information; a later start of supply and other statutory circumstances may change that period. If you ask within that period, we refund the unused portion at purchase price × unused GB ÷ purchased GB, with no fee.
(b) After that period, we still refund unused credit on request, calculated the same way, less the fee in 6.11.
(c) If you delete your account or we close it for inactivity (7.3), we refund your unused credit calculated the same way: less the fee in 6.11 if you deleted the account, and with no fee if we closed it for inactivity.
(d) The part already used is not refunded except where required by law or these terms (for example where it was not supplied as described or contracted).
(e) Refunds the law requires are made within 3 business days of your withdrawal, and other refunds within 10 business days of your request, to the payment method you used. If a card payment can no longer be cancelled, we refund through the payment provider's own refund method where one exists. If there is none, we tell you the amount and transfer it to an account you send us once, for that refund only. We do not store that account information with your account and delete it as soon as the transfer is made.
(f) Credits bought through Apple or Google are processed through that store's payment and refund system. Refunds of Apple purchases are requested through Apple's process; we provide the instructions and relevant purchase information. Giving those instructions does not complete a refund. Account deletion does not waive an unresolved refund or statutory claim, and email support remains available afterwards. Google Play refunds may be requested from Google or us; a refund we issue is also made through Google Play. When a credit is refunded, its unused part is removed from your balance.

6.9 When a refund ends all or part of a purchase, we remove the access and unused transfer allowance that belong to the refunded part of that purchase. Access and allowance from your other purchases are unaffected. Data already transferred cannot be recovered, but a refund or payment reversal alone never leads to an automatic extra charge or a deduction from another purchase or from a later month's included allowance. Asking for a refund does not by itself end access; if you ask for immediate termination, the stated end time applies. Your statutory withdrawal and refund rights are not limited.

6.10 Early-termination refund. After the withdrawal period in 6.2(a), you can still ask to end a monthly Personal website subscription early and get a refund for the rest of the period. Access ends when you ask, and we refund the following amount, less the fee in 6.11:
amount paid − the larger of (a) and (b)

(a) amount paid × the share of that billing period already passed

(b) GB of that period's included transfer already used × ₩220 per GB (USD 0.13 per GB outside Korea)
Example: you paid ₩16,900, 10 of 30 days have passed and you used 6 GB. (a) is ₩5,633 and (b) is ₩1,320, so we deduct the larger, ₩5,633, leaving ₩11,267, and after the fee of ₩1,126 we refund ₩10,141.
The per-GB rate is also shown on the pricing page, and we give notice under section 13 before changing it. This refund does not reduce any withdrawal or refund right the law gives you, and where the law requires a larger refund, that applies. App-store subscriptions follow 6.6.

6.11 For refunds after the withdrawal period in 6.2(a) that you request or that follow your account deletion (6.3(b), 6.8(b) and (c), 6.10), we deduct a refund fee to cover refund costs such as payment processing. The fee is 10 % of the refund base calculated under the applicable clause before any refund fee, rounded down to the won or cent. We apply it once per refund, including annual subscriptions under 6.3(b). There is no minimum fee. The exemptions and statutory limits in this clause take priority. No fee is charged on: refunds within the withdrawal period; supply that was not as described or contracted, or our fault; outage refunds (6.4); accounts we close for inactivity; or wherever the law does not allow a deduction.

6.12 You can see the refund amount in your account page and request it there; we refund the confirmed amount to the payment method you used. If you have requested 3 or more refunds in the last 12 months (viewing a refund amount, duplicate submissions of the same request and ordinary enquiries do not count), the owner reviews the request before it is processed, but the review never takes a refund past the deadline the law sets (3 business days for a withdrawal), and a refund is never refused for the number of refunds alone. If you disagree with the amount, you can object at contact@junofleet.com, or apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or the Electronic Document and Electronic Commerce Mediation Committee (17.2).

7. When a subscription ends

Your data is kept but hidden until you subscribe again or delete it.

7.1 When a subscription or free period ends, the apps show the subscription screen for where you use JunoFleet (the app store's in-app offer in the iOS and Android apps, the website elsewhere) and always keep these terms, the Privacy Policy, account deletion and support reachable. Sessions, history and controls are hidden, not deleted. Programs on your computer keep running, but nothing new can be seen or sent through JunoFleet.

7.2 Subscribing again restores access immediately.

7.3 We keep the account for 12 months after the later of your last use and the end of your last paid or free period; an account inside a paid period is never deleted this way. After that period we tell you, and delete the account as described in the Privacy Policy 30 days after telling you. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; you can do this in the app and on the website at /delete/. Deleting your account cancels a website or Google Play subscription, but not an Apple subscription: Apple keeps billing until you cancel it in your Apple account settings, and we will show you where. Before we close an account for inactivity we tell you the remaining credit, its value and how to keep the account; if we close it, we refund unused credit under 6.8(c) with no fee. An account holding unused credit bought through Apple is never deleted for inactivity; we keep only the billing record and the credit balance, and restore the account when you sign in again.

7.4 If you lose every device, you can still ask us to delete your account with a deletion code. When you set up two-factor verification, the app shows you eight deletion codes once; each code works once. Signing in with the Google or Apple account that owns your account and entering one unused code requests deletion. We alert your enrolled devices and your email, then wait 7 days before deleting. During that time any device still enrolled can cancel the request with your verification; cancelling retires the whole set of codes, so make a new set afterwards. Deletion codes can only request deletion: they cannot unlock your account, add a device or restore anything. Anyone who has both your sign-in and a code can request deletion, so keep the codes somewhere safe, away from your devices and your sign-in. Without a device or a code you cannot delete your account yourself; you can still contact us at contact@junofleet.com about your rights, and the inactive-account rule in 7.3 applies.

8. Acceptable use

Use JunoFleet for your own agents, with official apps, on the official relay. Do not attack it, sneak around it or reach into other people's accounts.

8.1 Only official, unmodified JunoFleet apps and programs may connect to the official relay. A modified app, or an independently made app that speaks the same protocol, must not connect to it. Modifying our own apps and programs remains subject to the client licence and the law.

8.2 Do not access the service by automated means, except through the features JunoFleet provides for that purpose (for example agents you run on your own computers, agent-to-agent messaging and agent alarms). Do not run scripts, bots or load tools against the relay's interfaces.

8.3 Do not access, or try to access, another person's account, devices, sessions, approvals, agent messages or data, even if a technical error would let you.

8.4 Do not get around payment, sign-in, 2FA, device enrolment, usage limits, the online requirement or any other access control.

8.5 Do not disrupt or overload the service, probe it for weaknesses, or interfere with other users. If you find a security problem, report it to contact@junofleet.com and do not use it further. Good-faith security research is welcome; do not run tests that affect other users' data or the availability of the service.

8.6 Do not use JunoFleet to break the law or someone else's rights, or to break your AI provider's terms, including its rules on account sharing.

8.7 Do not resell, rent or sublicense access to the service.

8.8 The client licence covers copying, modifying and reverse engineering the apps, subject to the rights the law gives you.

8.9 Do not modify or tamper with JunoFleet's apps and programs, and do not distribute modified copies of them. Reverse engineering, decompiling and disassembling them are not allowed either. The only exceptions are what the law permits despite this term, or our written permission. If we have concrete evidence that a device, host or account breaks this section (for example, by connecting a modified copy to the official relay, 8.1), we may restrict or suspend it under section 12, and end the contract for a serious or repeated breach that you have not fixed after notice (12.3). We do not support or secure modified copies. Section 9.4 also applies to modified software on your computer: it can change JunoFleet's protections on that computer. This section is a rule of use; it does not mean that JunoFleet checks the software on your computer for tampering.

8.10 You must not submit false payment evidence, knowingly give false reasons to obtain a refund, or use several accounts to get around the stated eligibility for introductory offers. Where we have specific evidence, we may restrict further purchases or automatic top-up as far as needed to investigate; we will tell you the reason, scope, duration and how to object, and any action will be proportionate to the misuse found. A refund request, or the number of requests, does not by itself count as misuse, and refunds the law requires are never restricted.

9. AI agents and your computer

Agents can delete files, run commands and touch production systems. JunoFleet helps you supervise them; it cannot guarantee what they do.

9.1 AI agents act on your computer under your instructions and your settings. They can make mistakes, misread instructions, or be misled by content they read, and they can change or delete data and run commands.

9.2 You decide which folders, credentials and systems an agent can reach, which permission preset it uses and which actions need your approval. Keep production credentials out of agents' reach where you can, and keep backups.

9.3 The approval list (deny-list) and other protections reduce risk. They are a guardrail, not a complete boundary. "Full trust" (bypass) mode removes the AI tool's own prompts; using it is your choice.

9.4 Anyone or anything that controls your computer as your user (for example malware, or an agent running as you) can change JunoFleet's protections on that computer. Keeping that computer secure is your responsibility. Our protections are designed for threats from outside that computer; no security measure is complete. This does not limit our responsibility for our own faults (section 15).

9.5 What an agent produces comes from your AI provider's model, not from us. Check it before you rely on it.

10. Your content and our rights

Your work stays yours. We cannot read your sessions, and we take no rights to them.

10.1 Your prompts, code, files and session content belong to you or your licensors. We claim no rights in them.

10.2 You let us store and transmit encrypted data and the metadata described in the Privacy Policy only as needed to run the service for you.

10.3 If you send us feedback, you give us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it. This covers your feedback only, never your session content.

10.4 JunoFleet's software, design, name and logos belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you rights in them beyond the client licence.

11. Security records and abuse evidence

We keep records of which devices were added, when your computers last connected and what the relay delivered, never what was said, so we can protect accounts and act against abuse.

11.1 To protect accounts and enforce these terms, we keep security records: your account record and when it was created; each device and host added or removed, in the signed device directory, with the 2FA confirmation where one is required; when each 2FA key was registered; security events such as refused sign-in attempts, new devices asking to join and 2FA keys added or removed; when each host last connected; delivery records of notifications and the delivery status of encrypted agent-to-agent messages; and relay error logs, which contain no account data. The Privacy Policy lists each record and how long we keep it.

11.2 These records never contain session content. Because session content is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read it or provide it in decrypted form.

11.3 We may keep specific records longer than the listed period while we investigate a security incident or abuse, or when the law requires it, and then only as long as needed.

11.4 We may use these records to investigate and act on breaches of section 8, and may share them with authorities when the law requires it.

12. Restricting or ending access

We tell you first and let you respond, unless waiting would cause harm.

12.1 We may restrict or suspend an account, a device or a host if it breaks section 8, if payment fails, or if it endangers the service or other users.

12.2 Before we act, we tell you the specific reason and give you at least 3 days to respond or fix it. We may act first and tell you straight after only when waiting would cause serious harm, such as an attack in progress, a taken-over account or a legal order.

12.3 We may end the contract for a serious or repeated breach that you have not fixed after notice. If we end it without fault on your part, we refund the unused part of your prepaid period.

12.4 You may end the contract at any time by cancelling and deleting your account.

12.5 Sections 9.4, 10, 11, 15 and 17 continue to apply after the contract ends, as far as needed.

13. Changes to the service and to these terms

Important changes come with advance notice and a way out.

13.1 We tell you about changes to these terms at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before for changes that are unfavourable to you, by email and in the app, with a comparison of the old and new text. If that notice tells you that not objecting means you accept the change, and you do not object or cancel before it takes effect, you are treated as accepting it.

13.2 If you do not agree with a change that is unfavourable to you, you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a refund of the unused prepaid period.

13.3 If we stop offering JunoFleet, we tell you at least 30 days ahead and refund any unused prepaid period. Your session history stays on your own computers.

13.4 We may require an update of the apps or programs to connect to the relay when it is needed for security or compatibility. We will tell you what to do.

14. Availability and support

14.1 We aim to keep the relay available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, failures or events outside our control. We announce planned maintenance in advance where we can.

14.2 Support is offered through the help pages (FAQ) and by email at contact@junofleet.com, as described in 17.2.

15. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for harm we cause. We are not responsible for things we do not control.

15.1 We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through negligence, as the law provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

15.2 We are not liable for damage that we did not cause, including:
(a) what an AI agent does on your computer under your instructions and settings;
(b) your AI provider's service, model output, outages, limits or charges;
(c) a compromise of your own computer, devices or Google or Apple account that was not caused by us;
(d) events outside our reasonable control, such as a wide-scale network or cloud outage.

15.3 For Business accounts only, our liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the fees the company paid in the 12 months before the event, except for liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

15.4 For damage caused by our ordinary negligence, we are not liable for lost profits, for data that a reasonable backup would have preserved, or for other indirect or special loss, except where we could foresee it or the law does not allow this limit.

15.5 Customers outside Korea (purchases through Polar): to the extent your local law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees paid for the service in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the liability, or USD 100. This does not limit rights that your local mandatory law gives you. For Business accounts, 15.3 applies instead of this cap.

15.6 You are liable for loss you cause us by breaching section 8 or the law, unless you were not at fault. A Business customer also compensates us for third-party claims arising from its unlawful use of the service, its breach of these terms, or its content or agents, provided we tell it of the claim promptly, let it control the defence and settle nothing on its behalf without its agreement.

16. Other companies' services

16.1 JunoFleet relies on other companies, including Google and Apple (sign-in, app stores and push notifications), Toss Payments (payment in Korea), Polar (resale and payment elsewhere) and Amazon Web Services (hosting). Their own terms apply to your use of their services.

16.2 Your AI provider's terms apply to your use of its agents and models. You are responsible for following them. Each host runs a provider's tool with the one account signed in on that computer; JunoFleet does not detect, manage or switch provider accounts. If you run several hosts or virtual machines, each with its own provider login, whether that complies with the provider's terms is your responsibility.

16.3 Some optional features send data to a service you choose and pay for yourself, for example a message risk score from a provider whose API key you register. The app tells you what is sent before you switch such a feature on. That provider's terms apply.

17. Governing law and disputes

17.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

17.2 Please check the help pages (FAQ) first, then email contact@junofleet.com. Korean consumers may also apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or the Electronic Document and Electronic Commerce Mediation Committee.

17.3 Courts: for consumers, the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, and you may also sue in the courts of the country where you live where the law allows it. For Business accounts, the Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Notices, language and the rest

18.1 We send notices to the email address on your account and show important ones in the app. Keep your email address current.

18.2 The Korean version of these terms applies to customers in Korea. The English version applies to everyone else. Where the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails for customers in Korea.

18.3 If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.

18.4 A separate written agreement with a Business customer prevails over these terms where the two differ.

18.5 You can read, download and print these terms at https://junofleet.com/terms/. Earlier versions stay available there.
